Shipping Times

  • Please allow up to 1-2 business days for processing before your order ships.
  • We’re shipping all items directly from the US. Your order will be prepared for shipment on the next business day morning. Typically, orders are estimated to arrive in 3-7 days. Occasionally, there might be instances where the logistics information doesn't update or displays a "Delivered" status even if the package hasn't arrived. In such cases, please allow us to assist you in resolving the issue!

Shipping Methods

We offer free shipping on all orders over $60 in the U.S., along with standard and express options for international orders. Since we use outside delivery companies (UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS), we cannot guarantee these delivery times. Changing Shipping Address

Normally, shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been processed. However, you can email us at contact@hdshine.com to request an address change before your order has been shipped.

We’re sorry to hear an item is missing!
